When Barack Obama was elected President of the Harvard Law Review in 1991, the news reverberated across the United States. It had never happened before that an African-American could be elected to that venerable position.

On Friday 17 October, President Yoweri Museveni presided over a function at Speke Resort Munyonyo where his campaign song entitled “Tubonga Naawe” was launched. The song overly praises Mr. Museveni and his NRM government.
