JEP believes that young people have the inherent right to contribute to and be nurtured by South African society, which recognises and responds to the full range of needs and gifts of young women and men. The JEP is seeking one (1) competent people to fill the following position:

Training Coordinator

Who will be responsible for:

· Coordinate the implementation of training Programmes
· Develop and manage training partnerships
· Facilitate workshops
· Develop training materials
· Conduct monitoring and evaluation of Programmes

Minimum requirements:
· Formal training as a trainer or a degree in social sciences or education and training
· Minimum 2 years experience as a trainer
· Experience in training other trainers and working with youth participants
· A comprehensive understanding of the development, training and development sectors
· Comprehensive writing and computer skills
· Ability and willingness to travel extensively
