FINANCIAL MANAGER
Organisation KwaZulu Natal Progressive Primary Health Care KZN PPHC is a
non-profit, non governmental organisation registered under company act
of 1973. The main purpose of KZN PPHC is to improve the quality of
health and well being for the people of KwaZulu Natal through
comprehensive Primary Health Care.
KZN PPHC requires the services a financial manager. The minimum
requirements are; a three-year degree/diploma coupled with at least 5
years experience in the similar position.
The incumbent will be employed on a full time basis and will be required
to undertake the following responsibilities:
- Design and put in place an appropriate financial management system.
- Record transactions into accounting books.
- Prepare reconciliations.
- Preparation and payment of tax returns.
- Analysis of monthly expenses.
- Cash flow forecast and budgets.
- Liaising with financial institutions
- Liaising with statute organizations.
- Preparation and presentation of financial reports.
- Pay roll administration and processing salaries and wages.
- Assisting in developing financial policy.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the executive director for
purposes of ensuring efficient utilization of KZN PPHC funds.
