Bookings for the conference “The Impact of African Writing on World Literature” at the Baxter Theatre Hall in Cape Town on July 26-27 have opened and places are limited to a first-come-first-serve basis.

Bookings for the conference which runs parallel to the ZIBF Cape Town fair are now open and places are strictly limited on a first-come-first-served basis. The registration fee is GBP70/US$105 and bookings close on 1 July 2002. You are reminded, too, that places are still available at the Best Books Gala evening on Robben Island, Saturday 27 July 2002 (the fee of GBP60/US$90 includes transportation to the island). A combined registration for both events is offered at GBP120/US$180.
