The Rural Action Committee of Mpumalanga Province (TRAC-MP) is seeking to recruit a dynamic and motivated person to Co-ordinate Training, Research and Organisational Development activities within the organisation.

The successful candidate would take responsibility for the development and management of TRAC-MP’s human resources including identification of appropriate training opportunities to improve the staff’s effectiveness in fieldwork, policy formulation and development planning. In addition the successful candidate would co-ordinate TRAC-MP’s capacity building, training and research activities that support our efforts to promote security of tenure and sustainable livelihoods amongst rural communities within Mpumalanga Province.

The successful candidate would be part of the management committee of the organisation and play an integral role in participative decision-making and overall management of TRAC-MP.
