Senegal: Programmes Director

The incumbent will, under the supervision of the General Director, carry out the Five Years Strategic Plan and contribute to PIWA's institutional building. S/he will develop new operational partnerships and maintain relationships with organisations that are active in fields that interest PIWA, amongst other duties.
