Ethiopia: ICPAT Steering Committee Meeting

The meeting of the IGAD Capacity Building Programme Against Terrorism (ICPAT) will be chaired by IGAD and is to be attended by IGAD member states and the seven donor countries. The Steering Committee guides the activities of the programme and is expected to agree on activities for the next six months.
