I am making a list of small wonders and it is five months long. In my work as Publisher and Managing Editor of an electronic literary magazine based in Nigeria I have learned to listen closely for the sound of things to come.

Nigerian born writer Ikhide R. Ikheloa made it a point to ‘diss’ the shortlisted stories for the 2011 Caine Prize, which, by the way, is not the first time we have been served with his opinionated criticism.
