To support these, the company requires a research director, with responsibility for black economic empowerment. Candidate should be an historically disadvantaged individual (HDI). Required qualifications are:

* University qualification, preferably postgraduate
* Extensive knowledge of economics and finance, and particularly
an understanding of economies in transition
* Thorough knowledge of black economic empowerment
* Experience in research and the management of research projects
* Advanced English language writing skills
* Understanding of publishing, especially with an ability to meet
deadlines
* Public speaking abilities
* Strong communication abilities, with the capacity to engage a
diverse range of clients and other parties
* 10 years working experience
