Senior Complaints Officer

Requirements: B degree, strong legal background and
comprehensive understanding of gender
discrimination. Computer literacy. 5 plus years
experience in complaint investigation, knowledge
and experience in mediation and conciliation would
be an advantage. The ability to work independently
and knowledge of at least one African language will
be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities: Receiving and taking gender
related complaints from the public. Supervising
investigations of all gender related complaints and
making legal interventions were necessary.
Conciliating and mediating on complaints in line
with the CGE mandate. Providing support to the CGE
in carrying out its mandate.
