Job Vacancy Announcement For Coordinator Of Small Grants Programme Role and Responsibilities He or she will be in charge of the management of the Small Grants Programme of the Union (Development of grant proposal, coordination and management of the Programme). The job will involve a lot of travel in the Africa region.

Qualification required Advanced degree in the field of population studies or related sciences. A Ph.D. will be an advantage. At least 10 years professional experience in the management of research programmes.
Sound knowledge of population and development issues in Africa.
Familiar with current research trends. Good computer skills. Good team management skills. Excellent knowledge of one of the official languages of the Union (English, French) and a working knowledge of the other. Female applications are encouraged.
