training senior managers from developing countries, is offering tuition
scholarships to attend the Environmental Management Program, scheduled for
October 9 - 28, 2002.

The three-week intensive Environmental Management Program includes
lectures, workshops, and study tours, enabling participants to gain further
knowledge in their professional field, learn from the Israeli experience,
and visit places of historical, religious and tourist interest in Israel,
while networking and exchanging knowledge with colleagues from other
developing countries world-wide.

Candidates who are citizens of a Developing country, with at
least a first academic degree, proficient in English and with professional
experience in an area relevant to the course, may qualify for the above
tuition scholarship. A candidate who qualifies for the scholarship has to
then fund the airfare to and from Israel and a local expense fee (US$ 2865),
which covers accommodation with full board, airport transfers, medical
insurance, weekend excursions and study tours. (An employer and/or external
funding agency or sponsor may finance the fee partially or in full.)
